He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernesto Dulay, Sr. and Felipa Dulay; his former wife Felea "Lea" Deseo Dulay; his brother-in-law Luisito Tolentino; and his sister Elena "Nene" Dulay.

He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Rubio Dulay; his children, Erwin Dulay (Rosalie), Justin Dulay and Jacqueline Dulay; his grandchildren, Felix Dulay and Harmony Dulay; his siblings, Celia Dulay, Leticia Tolentino, Norma Ovejera (Artemio), Danilo Dulay (Dulce) and Ernesto Dulay, Jr. (Yolanda); and his cousins, Ovejera and Ternate. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
