He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Dishon and Richard Hopkins. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Sandy Lindsey (Greg) and Susan Hutton (Scott); and his sister Patricia Hopkins of Maine. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
