He was predeceased by: his parents, David Strawman and Beulah Strawman (Lamale); his son-in-law Mike Zajac; his grandsons, Junior and Reid; and his siblings, Edwin, Dee, Sarah and Anna Ruth.
He is survived by: his wife Marguerite; his children, Roger Strawman (Myra), Roy Strawman (Jodi), Elaine Zajac and Eloise Girt (Ray); his grandchildren, Lindsey (Joey), Kelly (Brad), Meredith, Karen, Sara (Matt) and Megan (Erin); his nieces, Barbara Grafton (Danny) and Patricia Mihailov; his nephew Walter Strawman; and his pet Nellie. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held once Covid restrictions are lifted.
