She was predeceased by: her parents, Alston Pickrell and Pauline Pickrell (Detwiler); her husband G. "Ned" Ward; and her children, Susan Montemarano and Michael Ward.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Adam Montemarano (Miranda), Rachael Montemarano, Angela Montemarano, Andrew Ward and Audrey Ward; her great grandchildren, Luke, Alec (Allie), Russell (Grace), Ava, Toby, Frank, Miles, Madelyn, Kilee, Theo, Ella and Wesley; her great great grandchild Maria; and her sister Phyllis Ann Parshall.
