He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Smith; and his sister-in-law Joann Smith. He is survived by: his wife Winifred Ann; and his children, Kathy Freese (Mike) of West Liberty, Vicki Fogel (B. C.) of Westerville, Mike Winter (Linda) of Westerville, Derek Smith (Diane) of Maumee and Heather Norris (Doug) of Hilliard. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; one niece and nephew.
