He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ormond Dow and Laura Catherine Fosselman (Inhoff); his wife JoAnn Fosselman (Randlett); his children, Doug Fosselman (Diane), Suzanne McGuire (Tim) and Dow Fosselman (Thelma); his siblings-in-law, Jackie Fosselman, Ray and Alie Randlett; his nephew Dan Dale (Claudette); his niece Margy Kehoe (Patrick); and his grandchildren, Bethany Morvay (Zak), Dr. Daniel Fosselman (Krista), Dr. David Fosselman, Laura McGuire, Shannon McGuire, Cory Minton and DJ Fosselman. He was also cherished by seven great grandchildren.
