She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Karlek and Lola Karlek (Bunning); her sister Joanne Cilibraise (Karlek); her brother-in-law Joe Cilibraise; her nephew Don Cilibraise; and her great-nephew Matthew Cilibraise.
She is survived by: her close friend Eric; her nieces, Deb Zabloudil (Bob), Danette Stout (Dave) and Diane Erhard (Rick); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Bob Zabloudil (Renae), Dan Zabloudil, Tiffany Haupt (Eric), Katie Shiner (Steve), Tom Cilibraise, Aeran Cilibraise (Matt O'Donnell), Carl Erhard (Julia), Justin Erhard (Kayla) and Kelsie Erhard (Tim Herold); her sister-in-law Dee Cilibraise; and also, Lexi Zabloudil, Vinny Zabloudil, Cooper Zabloudil, Oakley Erhard, Natalie Zabloudil, Leeann Haupt, Madelyn Erhard, Brady Zabloudil, Landon Zabloudil, Carter Haupt, Ethan Haupt, Zack Erhard, Easton Erhard, Wilson Erhard and Jackson Herold.
