She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Talsma and Beverly Talsma. She is survived by: her husband John M. Basford; her children, Mike Basford (Melissa) of Gahanna, OH, Michelle Nichol (Steve) of Toms River, NJ and Matt Basford (Jenna) of New York City; her siblings, Brian Talsma and Cheryl Redican; and her grandchildren, Madalyn, Trey, Lucas and Zoe.
