He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Kosmatka and George Kosmatka; and his sister Roberta Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Amy Kosmatka (Melissa White), Emy Kosmatka, Kelly Weber (Ian), Jessica Sharpe and Bobby Kosmatka (Shannon); his grandchildren, Cole White, Stella Kosmatka and Leo Kosmatka; his siblings, Terry Kosmatka (Kim) and Judy Poe (Carl); and his brother-in-law Mike Mullins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and countless dear friends.
