He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Thompson (Mimi) and Solomon E. Thompson; his brother Richard E. Thompson; his parents-in-law, Willard, Sr. and Edith Cumbo; his siblings-in-law, Rex E. Snider, Johnnie Brewster, Willard Cumbo, Jr. (Hack) and Shelby Brewster; and his nephew Glenn Tenney, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Della; his daughter Julie Wright (David) of Irvington, NY; his grandchildren, Sydney, Noah and Max; his sisters, Janet Merry and Gloria Snider; his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Tenney (Glenn), Ella McCallister (William) and Heather Cumbo (Willard); and his close friend James Reeder of Columbus, OH.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Masks will be provided to prevent the spread of Covid.
Donations may be made to the Central College Presbyterian Church, in lieu of flowers.
