She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick Smith; and her parents, Perry Hess and Leona Hess. She is survived by: her children, Susan Gale (Jeff), Robert W. Rasner (Stephanie), Amy Clulow (Michael), Vicki Andrews, Diane Sutton, Connie Kobal (Paul), Robert F. Smith (Armeda), Judy Porter (Jack) and Michael H. Smith (Crystal). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
