She is survived by: her husband Jack Fachman; her children, Jacque Fachman and David Fachman (Alice); her grandchildren, Cameron, Neil, Emily, Patrick and Molly; and her sister Dorothy Adams. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
