He is survived by: his wife Annette Potnick (Goebel); his children, Dana Potnick (Rachel) and Kristin DuLaney (Marc); his sister Regina Martini; and his grandchildren, Akaya, Kadence, Leila Dulaney and Hudson Potnick.
