He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Duvendack and Molly Crowder Duvendack; his grandson Brady; and his brother Robert Duvendack. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lou Dean; his children, Tadd (Kristine), John (Andrea) and Hannah; and his brother Homer Duvendack (Sonny). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
