It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Waggoner (West Unity, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on July 1, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Waggoner and Lulu Waggoner (Penry); his wife Betty Ann; his son James Allen Waggoner; and his brothers, Walter and Russell Waggoner.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Waggoner (Sharon) of West Unity, Robert Waggoner (Paula) of Midlothian, Betty Tanner (Allen) of West Unity, Karen Waggoner of Edmonton, David Waggoner (Christi) of Edmonton, Alberta and Linda Schmidt (Martin) of Archbold, Ohio. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
