He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold F Moor and Anna Martha Moor (Marhanka); and his brothers-in-law, Rick Crisenbery and Bill Rohloff. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Crisenbery of West Unity, Ohio, Lucinda Rohloff of Toledo, Ohio and Stephen Moor (Jean) of West Unity, Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
