Axford of West Unity, Ohio, born in Montpelier, Ohio, who passed away on October 4, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hartman and Willetha Hartman (Finch); her husband Robert Axford; and her brother Marvin Hartman. She is survived by: her children, Alesia Short (Rick) of West Unity and Robert Axford (Debbie); her grandchildren, Chad Axford (Jeanette), Matt Axford (Jessica), Kelli Dempsey (Dave), Shane Short (Sara) and Adam Short (Brandi); and her great grandchildren, Devin Dempsey, Brennan Dempsey, Elisabeth Axford, Brady Axford and Aiden Short.
