She is survived by: her spouse Wilford Lee "Bill" Hornung; and her children, Ronald J. Hornung of Mansfield, MA., Rebecca Rice (Craig) of Cincinnati, Jane Short (Daniel) of West Unity, Jean Gerig (Thomas) and West Unity.
