Prouty of West Unity, Ohio; his children, Lindsey Smith (Justin) of West Unity and Kiel Miller of West Unity, Ohio; his son-in-law Jeff Grof of Adrian, Michigan; his grandchildren, Courtney, Carter, Cameron, Cole, Addison and Gavin; and his brothers, Robert Miller of Bowling Green, Ed Miller (Jane) of Blissfield and David Miller of Swanton, Ohio.
