He is survived by: his daughters, Alexa Knox of Russellville, Arkansas and Sadie Knox of Russellville, Arkansas; his brothers, Kirk Knox (Monica) of Denver and Craig Knox (Laura) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and his grandmother Jeanette Chestnut of Denver, Colorado.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
