He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sickles and Charlene Sickles (Goodwin); his grandmother Margaret Goodwin; and his brothers, Joseph and Jeremy Sickles.
He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Sickles (Brooke), Trent Sickles, Taria Schafer (Cory), Megan Sickles (Tory Nastally), Michelle Heller and Matthew Heller; his grandchildren, Aubree, Kayelynn, Joel, Alanah, Lillyiana, Kayden and Immanuel; his stepmother Sandy Sickles; his partner Kelly Heller; his siblings, Tom Sickles (Micha), Terry McAfee, Margee Ordway, Billie Beacker (Jeep) and Connie Piper (Eddie); and his stepsister Heidi Sickles.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
