She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Sloan and Katherine Louise Collins (Edmondson); her husband Paul R. Koch; her sister Nancy; and her brother-in-law George Brown.

She is survived by: her son David Koch of Indianapolis, Indiana..

The family requests memorial contributions be made to West Unity United Methodist Church, 311 North Liberty Street, West Unity, Ohio 43570.
