She is survived by: her husband Keith Jermeay of West Unity; her children, Jacqulyn Mahan (Brad) of Montpelier, Timothy Decker (Risa) of Montpelier, Kari Decker (Josh Hagerman) of Morenci, Kayli Shumaker (Wesley) of West Unity, Autumn Jermeay of Holiday City and Holly Jermeay of Holiday City; her pet Amos; and her siblings, Paula Carpenter (Doug) of West Unity and Fred Miller (Linda) of Montpelier.
