He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Risner and Judy A. Risner (Wagner); his daughter Magnalayna M. Risner; and his siblings, Karen S. Risner of West Unity, Deb A. Pursel of West Unity, Megan Risner of Delphos, Roger Wagner, Jr. of Toledo and Rebecca Hand of Edgerton. He is also survived by five nieces and four nephews.
