We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2023, at the age of 104, Blake J. Shilling of West Unity, Ohio, born in Waldron, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sara Boyd (Black) and Fred Boyd; her siblings, Stuart, Byron, Bill Boyd, Mildred Cotter, Nora Dolan, Martha Fidler and Pat Peebles; her sons-in-law, Richard Hartnett and Bill McCarthy; and her great great grandchild William McCarthy.
She is survived by: her husband Charles C. Shilling; her children, Jane K. Hartnett of New Smyrna Beach, Janet L. McCarthy of Bryan, Charles W. "Bill" Shilling (Judy) of Bryan, Joseph E. "Ed" Shilling of Newell and Betsy A. Harr (Steve) of Orlando, Florida.; her grandchildren, Sheila Hartnett, Kevin Hartnett, Molly McHugh, Tim McCarthy, Pam Ledbetter, Debbie Levine, Mike Shilling, Doug Shilling, Amy Azzarello, Jason Shilling, Kris Norden, Sandi Naas, Matt Harr and Shannon Furey; and her sister Betsy Jones of Hillsdale, Michigan..
