He was predeceased by: his parents, Okey Jarrell and Gladys Jarrell (Griffith); his former wife Carolyn Jarrell; and his granddaughter Leah Jarrell-Irbby. He is survived by: his wife Doris Jarrell of West Union; his daughters, Terry Reeder of West Union and Kara Jarrell of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Nick Behymer, Casey, Lorene Leonard and Greg; his stepgrandchildren, William Ruggles, Gabrie Ruggles and Nakkiah Large; and his great grandchildren, Landen Denton and Loki "Oki" Leonard.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the West Union Church of Christ (270 Lloyd Rd, West Union, OH 45693). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at the West Union Cemetery.
