He is survived by: his wife Shirley Locatelli of West Union; his daughters, Amy Locatelli of Little Rock, AR and Betty Locatelli of Little Rock, AR; his stepdaughter Barbara Mumford of North Kingstown, RI; his son Russell Locatelli of Little Rock, AR; and his stepson Michael Mumford of Thomasville, PA. He is also survived by several brothers & sisters; three grandchildren & one great grandchild.
