He was predeceased by: his father Carl Patrick; and his sister Patty Boldman. He is survived by: his wife Janice Patrick of West Union; his sons, Homer "Vince" Patrick (Christeena) and Sunny Patrick (Sherry); and his siblings, Shirley Hatten of Wamsley, Connie Spires of Otway, James Patrick of Kimbolton, OH and Carl Patrick Jr. of Wheelersburg. He is also survived by five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews.
