It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley E. Lacy of West Union, Ohio, who passed away on March 2, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Icie Kidder and Walter Kidder of West Union. She is survived by: her children, David Lacy, Angela McGraw, Donelle Lacy and Nicole Upole; and her grandsons, Andrew, Aaron McGraw and Jackson Kline.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Turning Point Apostolic Church (818 E Maple Leaf Rd, Maysville, KY 41056).
