She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Charles Collins and Madelyn Grace Brohard Collins; her husband William E. Waugh; and her brother Richard E. Collins. She is survived by: her children, Janie Diozzi (Joe) of Columbus, Diane Bowen (Bill) of Portsmouth and John Waugh (Linda) of West Union; her grandchildren, Jennifer Bowen, Billy Bowen (Terra), Rob Waugh, Stephanie Porter, Suzanne Ellers (Mike) and Andrew Waugh; and her siblings, Jane Hatten of Venice, Florida, Tom Collins (Maria) of Miami, Joe Collins (Minnie) of Bellevue and Dan Collins (Patty) of Cleveland, Oklahoma. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
