She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Jennings Hawkins and Mary Dorothy Kratzer Hawkins; her husband Charley; and her sister Betty Jo Oberly. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Vance (Charles) of Blanchester and Charlene Grooms (Michael) of West Union; her grandchildren, Chad Vance (Malissa) of Blanchester and Laura Vance of Blanchester; her great grandchildren, Alyssa Wisby, Jacob Profitt Chad (Kendra), Caiden Vance, Abygail Vance, Ainsley Vance and Alycen Vance; and her cousin Jack Harris. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
