She was predeceased by: her father Donald Church; and her siblings, Louis Church (Buddy) and Sandra Church. She is survived by: her husband Vernon Lee Shively; her children, Vernon Shively (Donnie) and Melissa Tully; her grandson Ben Tully; and her sisters, Donna Jean Richmond, Phyllis Rice (John) and Judy Kimbler (Larry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
