He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hubert L. Riley and Gracie P. McGowan Riley; his wife Millie Grooms Riley; his sister Beverly Stinson (Ron); his children, Jeffrey W. Riley (Erena) and Rogina Riley Stephens (Terry); his grandchildren, Lee Stephens (Joslyn), Kevin Riley (Alee), Seth Riley (Brooke), Corbin Riley (Ashley), Anya Downer (Ajahmo) and Cassandra Riley; his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Cayson, Aeden, Carter, Enzo and Eliana; and his extended family, Ronald, Jeannie Grooms, Monte, Donna Riley and Jeanette Riley (late Jaryl Riley). He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Bible Baptist Church in West Union.
