He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierce Scott and Elma Ruth Scott (Stephenson); his sister Shirley Grooms; and his brother-in-law Bill Grooms. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Scott (Bailey) of West Union, Ohio; his children, Jennifer Fraley (Andrew), Emily Lanaham (Brandon), Becky Bailey of Greenfield, Ohio, Jim Scott (Hannah), Robbey Scott (Brittany) and Roman Widdig (Ashley); his nephew Scott Grooms (Karen); his nieces, Carol Arn of Maysville, Kathy Kolb and Glen of West Harrison, IN; his grandchildren, Madison, Natalie, Lexi, Lane, Ariston, Jase and Reagan; his great grandchild Sage; and his pet Cooper.
