He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Foster and Elsie Foster (Alexander); his former wife Agnes Sweet Foster (Tolle); his wife Berna Dean Seaman Foster (Lance); and his siblings, Wendell, John, Melvin, Beulah, Hazel, Leota and Delpha.
He is survived by: his siblings, Arnold Foster of Georgetown, Clara Biller of Milford and Levida Hobbs of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
