She was predeceased by: her daughter Rebecca Elizabeth Clark. She is survived by: her parents, Ronald Tenney and Deborah Tenney (Alexander); her husband Matthew Smith of Union Township; and her children, Malachi, Charlie Clark and Kara Clark.
