He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Pendell and Velve Pendell (Hazelbaker). He is survived by: his wife Judy Pendell (Brewer) of West Union, Ohio; his sons, Ray Kelly Pendell of Mt. Orab, Ohio and Mark Anthony Pendell of Pleasant Plane, Ohio; his sisters, Carol Jean Pendell of Peebles, Ohio and Mary Hansford of Williamsburg, Ohio; and his granddaughter Stefanie. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
