He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hawkins and Bonnelene Branham Hawkins. He is survived by: his wife Becky Appleman Hawkins; his children, Chris Ralston (Stephanie), Stephanie Cummings (Matt), Jenny Brown (Tim) and Jill Shiveley (Ryan); and his brother Dennis Hawkins (Josie). He is also survived by several grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
