She was predeceased by: her spouse Tivo Collins (Tipper); her parents, Helen Marie Hesler and Jess Hesler; and her siblings, Helen Mae Hesler, Clyde Kennedy and James Hesler (Jim).

She is survived by: her sons, Michael Collins of West Union and John Delacruz of West Union; her grandchildren, Devin Highlander (Kelsey), Seth Collins and McKayla Taylor; her great grandchildren, Elliot Highlander and Everleigh; her sisters, Jessie Lewis of Manchester, Sharon Brumley of Manchester, Pam Holsinger (Freddie) of Manchester and Mary Brock (Bill) of Arizona; and her aunts, Janet McDaniel and Beverly Sutterfield.
