She was predeceased by: her father Floyd Grooms; her brother Gerald Grooms; and her children, Jodie Rainwater and Todd Rainwater. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Grooms (Nichols) of West Union; her husband Butch Rose of West Union; her daughter Dena Stamper of Sardinia; her siblings, Gail DeMint of West Union, Willa Daulton of West Union, Treva Allison (Steve), Rita Young of Ill, Darrell Grooms, Stevetta of Winchester, Terry Grooms and Annett of West Union; and her grandson Ryan Stamper.
