He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Mutters (Webster) of Seaman; and his siblings, Jim Mutters of Seaman, Lonnie Mutters (Anna) of Cincinnati, Barbara Abner of Manchester, Donna Mutters (Bob) of Blue Creek, Rose Harrison (Bill) of West Union and Teresa Mutters of Hamilton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
