She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Woods and Freda Woods. She is survived by: her children, Elmer L. Woods of Metropolis, Illinois. and Paula K. Lindsley (Pat) of West Union, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Heather (Eric Fannin) of Peebles, Ohio, Dustin, Carly Cummings of West Union and Chase Cummings (Erin Downey); and her great grandchildren, McKenley, Sylvia, Reid and Reese. She is also survived by one niece and several nephews.
