He was predeceased by: his parents, Oakley Hensley and Mary Jane Hensley (Garrett). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Scott-Hensley of West Union; his sons, Jon Hensley of South Carolina and Todd Hensley of South Carolina; his stepson Rusty Demint of Piketon; and his brothers, Larry Hensley of Cincinnati and Willis Hensley of Cincinnati. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
