He was predeceased by: his parents, John Franklin Lee and Ethel Ann Pollard (Evans); his children, John E. Pollard, Jr. (Beverly) of West Union and Judy Pollard; his former wife Ruby K. Pollard (McCorkle); and his siblings, Anna, Alberta, Mamie, Minnie, Nelly, Bobbie Pollard, Betty Pollard Stephenson, Lee, Fred, William T and Donald Pollard.
He is survived by: his sons, George Pollard (Brenda) of Dayton and Larry Pollard of Dayton. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; many great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews.
