He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hawes and Betty Myers; and his siblings, Roger Hawes, William Hawes and Betty Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Alleane White-Myers; his son Jack Junior Myers; his siblings, Tony Hawes of West Union, Ronald Hawes of Springfield, OH and Mary Myers of Fayetteville, NC; and his former wife Linda Myers. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
