"Jack" Hendrix of West Union; her sons, Neal Hendrix (Chris) of Farmington Missouri and John Hendrix (Melissa) of West Union; and her grandchildren, Korri, Hanna, Audra, Clayton, Coryn and Francis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
