He is survived by: his children, Gerry Frasher (Joyce McDowell) of West Union, Terry Frasher (Ann) of Delaware, Ohio and Lisa Bresnen (David) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Allyson, David, Nicoletta and Anthony; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Connor, Nicholas, Noah, Hayden, Isabelle and Arthur.
