She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Carl and Velma Nickell. She is survived by: her parents, Billy Nickell and Tena Nickell (Hurst) of West Union; her grandparents, Randy and Patricia Hurst of Hillsboro; and her siblings, Celina Nickell of West Union and William Nickell of West Union. She is also survived by Several Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
