He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Conn of West Union; his daughters, Stacy Conn Humphrey of Peebles and Melinda Waudby (Aaron); his stepdaughter Tisha Tolliver (James); his son Anthony Conn of Wilmington; his stepson Derek Tackett (Beth); his sisters, Linda Morris of Peebles and Donna Conn of West Union; and his nephew Wes Conn of Amelia. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
