She was predeceased by: her father Ted Hall; her husband Jim Nelson; her daughter Corine Rockey Bertram; and her son-in-law Eric Bertram. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Applegate of West Union, Danny Hillard of Decatur and David Bender Jr. of Stout; her siblings, Phyllis Wibert of Russellville and John B. Hall of Georgetown; and her grandchildren, William "Allen" Holsinger, Brandon Rockey, Amber Rockey and David Bender III. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
